The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 50+ spread across Tech, Sales, Operations and Marketing and have served over 5000+ clients worldwide. ORNAZ has already raised capital from a few investors. ORNAZ has grown multi-folds in revenue over the past years. ORNAZ is looking forward to building a world class brand thus hiring for several roles across the multiple departments.
Requirement-
- Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
- Coordinating Internally with the sales and Operations team to get the information related to customer Queries
- Basic jewellery knowledge.
- Coordinate with the ground level Delivery team to get the information on the real time pickup and delivery information of the shipments
- Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
EXPERIENCE- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
