This position is responsible for engaging with potential donors and supporters in the field to secure financial contributions for the NGO's projects.

The role involves building relationships, promoting the NGO's mission, and encouraging individuals and businesses to contribute to the organization's causes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns in accordance with the NGO's objectives and goals. This includes coordinating various fundraising events, drives, and initiatives.

Donor Engagement:
Engage with potential donors, individuals, and organizations in the field. Build rapport and relationships to cultivate long-term support.

Public Awareness:
Raise awareness about the NGO's mission and programs through face-to-face interactions, presentations, and discussions with potential donors.

Educate and Inform:
Educate donors about the impact and outcomes of the NGO's projects, ensuring transparency and building trust.

Donation Collection:
Collect financial contributions and donations from individuals and organizations using secure and ethical methods. Maintain accurate records of donations received.

Data Management:
Maintain donor databases and ensure that donor information is accurate, up to date, and securely managed.

Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed fundraising targets and objectives as set by the organization.

Feedback and Reporting:
Provide regular feedback and reports on fundraising activities and outcomes to the NGO management team.

Networking:
Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, and individuals who may support the NGO's work.

Compliance:
Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with local and national regulations and ethical standards.

Working Conditions:

This role often involves working outdoors and interacting with potential donors in various locations within Delhi/NCR.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to maximize engagement with potential donors.
