:


  • Monitoring, troubleshooting infrastructure components hosted in various cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud & onpremise data centres.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team or the development team in identifying and rectifying issues in a timely manner in various environments.
  • Respond on reported issues within the agreed SLAs and escalate to appropriate stakeholders based on incident management process.
  • Detect and analyse alarms to provide basic to moderate fault isolation and _remote_ troubleshooting, escalating if necessary.
  • Automation of daily tasks using configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef etc. or scripting using Python, Perl, Bash etc.
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Microsoft Azure Team Service, etc.
  • Any Configuration Management Tool Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and SaltStack, etc.
  • English language on an expert level.
  • Excellent customerfacing communication skills

Skills:


  • B.E/B. TECH/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. with at least 3 months experience in managing IT infrastructure
  • Experience working in 24x7 Support Environments on help desk tickets
  • Exposure to Windows Server Administration
  • Exposure to Linux Server administration
  • AWS/Azure Administration exposure is nice to have
  • Experience on monitoring tools like Nagios
  • Cost Estimation of Cloud component
