Description

The QC Inspector would be responsible for conducting inspections based on predefined checklists in ready to move in residential or commercial properties and stage wise structural & finishing inspections when required.

• Visit different residential properties located all across the city for inspection.
• Quality inspection would involve inspecting flooring, wall finish, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, wood works etc.
• Measurement of the carpet area of the property.
• Answer any customer queries with regards to the inspection.
• Search for projects that are getting delivered in their respective city and coordinate with sales team (whenever required).

• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and answer their queries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Diploma or Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Should have experience in construction quality inspection (structure & finishing).
• Should have experience in Project Handing over.
