Experience:

  • Total experience: 3 years of experience in a front desk or guest service role.
  • Minimum experience: 12 years in a supervisory role in a front desk or guest service position.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Eligibility:

  • Only Female Applicants Required.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage the front desk team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure efficient and friendly guest checkin and checkout processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and report generation.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and provide personalized services as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservation systems, revenue management, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
