Job Description :

Understand all forms of data integration including APIs
Eventbased, Streaming, REST and GraphQL API, CDC/Replication, Batch, SFTP, OneDrive/SharePoint etc.
Proven experience with off the shelf products like Fivetran, HVR, Stitch etc.
Proven experience with developing integrations using cloud platforms like AWS. Including using API Gateways, event routers, event buses, queues, notification services etc.
Able to design and build metadata driven integrations where possible.
Proven experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.

Understands data management layers, medallion architecture, slowly changing dimensions, dimensional modelling etc.

Suitable experience working with infrastructure teams to enable connectivity.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Work autonomously on complex data engineering tasks and deliver highquality results.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

10+ years of handson experience in Data Engineering roles, with a focus on data integration including Eventbased APIs, Streaming, REST and GraphQL API etc.
Must have strong proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions.
Must have experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and best practices including the data pipeline.
Must have understanding for data modeling, schema design, and data governance principles.
Familiarity with cloudbased data integration services and tools.
Good to have experience working in AWS cloud environments and utilizing relevant services for data engineering tasks.
Good to have Python programming experience.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Good to have handson experience with DevOps practices , enabling seamless data engineering operations.
Worked in Agile/Scrum lifecycle.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
