Description

Urgently hiring a Tele-caller/Receptionist with good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi English.

Office location:
Jessore Rd, Champadali, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700124
O

Only International Calling and outbound Sales Experience.
Be courteous and professional at all times.
Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or employee they wish to meet.
Receive calls, and record messages for any employee.
Direct inquiries to the right team or employee.
Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose of their visit.
Get in touch with clients or vendors and schedule meetings with them.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
Collect packages, sort them and distribute them to the right employee.
Provide administration support like photocopying or filing documents.
Must Be responsible Otherwise don't apply.
Responsible for regular office activities and Telecalling as per the provided Database.
Freshers are also welcome if suits the criteria.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift Timing:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 8 AM
