Monitoring team Roles & Responsibilities
- Working 24*7*36
- SCOM Operation Console Monitoring
- Administration of SCOM Tool
- Monitoring and Administration of All Servers and Services for Dev, Stg & Prod Environment
- Dev Environment Application Pool Services resolution
- Administration of SCOM Operation Console which provides Application support for SCOM.
- Perform Installation & Administrative tasks for the Operation Manager Console
- Configuring / Removal Servers and their respective Services on SCOM Console
- Health Monitoring of URL'S
- Creation of management Packs for SCOM
- Provide support for the SCOM platform, Create Notification Rules
- Managing Servers Services (Creation, Setting Thresholds, Notification Rules etc)
- Troubleshooting of SCOM Console
- Administration of RPA processes
- Supervision of UiPath orchestrator Tools
- Execute the RPA Processes on UiPath Tool
- Daily trigger RPA Processes
- Daily Assigned Scheduled RPA Tasks
