Salary Budget:
Up to 5.00 LPA
Working Days:
Monday-Friday
Shift Timings :1:00 pm to 10:00 pm / 6:00 pm to 4:00 am
Job Description (Responsibilities + KRAs):
- Generate sales revenue in line with the Organization's objectives and goals.
- Develop knowledge of different methodologies of research and fieldwork techniques.
- Ensure strong focus to hunt and sell to new logos/new client accounts within defined timelines.
- Identify key decision makers and act as a strategic partner to Clevel and senior executives within an assigned organization to drive revenues.
- Understand their issues/needs/priorities through a consultative selling approach.
- Collaborate with internal resources (such as Research, Client Services) and external networks to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenues.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as Quotation's creation, specs monitoring, etc.
- Connect with existing clients and prospects to understand their requirements, position Organization services appropriately, submit proposals & win the pitch.
- Leverage CRM as a tool to capture accurate sales pipeline management, develop strategic territory mapping, and maintain forecast.
- Manage sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and ensure that the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and own the overall allocated sales quota.
- Attend and participate actively in the required internal team meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Additional Skills: Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, growth mindset
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree 02 years in sales industry/bids management.
- Experience in full sales cycle including bidding process, bidding proposal.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
