Hiring For A Event Management Company

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Arranging Travel Accommodation for the Business Visitors
  • Coordinating with the team members for getting Important Data & Reports of the on
- going projects & submitting the same to the Director

  • Scheduling Team Meetings & Business Clients meetings as per Directors instruction & making necessary arrangements for the meeting
  • Providing Administrative Support to the Team Members for the smooth functioning of the team.
  • Monitoring & record keeping of any important payments
  • Reservation of Conference Room for any meetings to be scheduled
  • Ensuring necessary arrangements before the meeting
  • Coordinating for day to day courier dispatches
  • Tracking the Courier status & ensuring timely deliveries
