Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Segment customer data effectively to target specific demographics or customer groups.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of customer journey maps and personas to enhance understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received through CRM channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM management to continually enhance strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience (1 year to 3 years) working in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or retail industries is a plus.
