Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible healthcare experience.
You will need to leverage your expertise in healthcare and customer service to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing information about our healthcare services.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Kannada and possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms to effectively interact with customers.
- Healthcare Expertise: Utilize your medical background to understand and effectively communicate healthcarerelated information to customers.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on our healthcare services, packages, and any necessary information they might need.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling medical appointments and services, ensuring convenience and timely service delivery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as the healthcare team, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A maximum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive in a healthcare industry.
- Fluency in Kannada is essential.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
