Job Description:


As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible healthcare experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

You will need to leverage your expertise in healthcare and customer service to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing information about our healthcare services.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Kannada and possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms to effectively interact with customers.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Utilize your medical background to understand and effectively communicate healthcarerelated information to customers.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on our healthcare services, packages, and any necessary information they might need.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling medical appointments and services, ensuring convenience and timely service delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as the healthcare team, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A maximum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Executive in a healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in Kannada is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and written skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
