    Description
    They need to have a very solid backgroundin Functional/manual testing. Test casecreation and execution. Risk and issuemanagement and escalation. Analyze bugs anderrors found during tests. Document resultsof tests for the software development teamHandle changes and conducting regressiontesting. Organizing monitoring defectmanagement process. Creating high level& lowlevel test case design.
    Identifying and contributing to processimprovements. Analyze bugs and errors foundduring tests. Detail oriented and be antsyabout specifics. Excellent written andverbal communication skills can explain fluently theirprojectsapproaches and has amazingpresentation skills. Excellent analyticalskills Quick problemsolving ability.

    Hasability to articulate documents and requirement quickly from openspeech Be able to type fast fordocumentation / notes / emails to theirteams Knowledge and Use of JIRA /EPIC&rsquo s Excel Google sheets and Agile Techniques aspercompany policies.

    Should not work in a silo loves to work inteams.


    Education/Experience

    PreferredBackground:

    5 years of web applicationfunctional/manual testing experience.
    Experience within visual comparison testing (designs vsimplementation) and visualregressiontesting.
    Detail oriented (both data and UI). Strongcomputer skills (including Microsoft Office QA applicationsetc.) Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills along with excellent time managementskills. Maintain an d knowledge of industrytrends and advancements Think out of the boxto improve and maintain product qualityAbility to work efficiently with minimal supervision and you are agreat teamplayer
