As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Your expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools will contribute to the success of our online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to build brand awareness and engage with the audience. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and handle customer interactions.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling and relevant digital marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, and other content formats.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media insights. Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Must have worked in a B2B industry for at least 2 years.
• Would be a plus if experienced in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices to drive organic website traffic.
• Experience in managing social media channels mainly Linkedin and utilizing social media management tools for scheduling and maintaining the posts.
• Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve digital marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of website analytics and CRO techniques to optimize user experience and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Proactive, selfmotivated, and a team player with a passion for digital marketing and staying uptodate with industry trends.
