Position Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious Content Writer Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of AI-driven recruitment technology.

Over a 6-month internship, you'll learn the ins and outs of content creation in a tech company, with a focus on HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends in HR tech, AI, and recruitment to ensure content relevancy and accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing content performance metrics to understand engagement levels and refine content strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Current enrollment or recent graduation from a degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Location: Noida (Work from Office)
  • Stipend: 812k/month
  • Leaves for exams will be provided
  • Duration: 36 months
