• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction methods to inform design decisions.
• Assist in project coordination, including attending meetings, site visits, and inspections.
• Prepare project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Contribute to maintaining quality control and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
• Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to translate ideas into visual representations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in architecture or design is preferred but not required.
