Field Sales Associate - Corporate Training:


Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:


  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the corporate training sector.
  • Exceed sales targets through effective strategies and relationshipbuilding.

Client Engagement:


  • Identify corporate clients' training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the value of our corporate training offerings.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on the company's training programs and services.
  • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of corporate training solutions.

Market Research:


  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and training delivery to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance team performance.

Salary:
₹350, ₹500,000.00 per year
