- ** Inside Sales Executive

**Full job description:
- **•Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.


  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Convincing unknown people on-call / face to face, to close sales.
  • Tele-Calling the online/offline leads (approximately 200 calls / day AND minimum 03:00 hours of calling time / day) and convert them into sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders and fill-in client's data in an accurate manner.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
  • Manage time & appointments of clients who visits and reporting/data entry of the same.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information about the clients.
  • Develop business by doing more & more sales daily.
