Roles & Responsibilities-

  • To support the calendar of the Chief Executive officer (CEO) in the schedule, Meeting Requests, Reminders, travel planning & Personal Tasks
  • Assist & Support in the daytoday work of the CEO / Director.
  • Close coordination with all HODs.
  • Preparation of MIS and reports analyzing data to provide it to the CEO / Director.
  • Daily basis followup with different departments.
  • Draft minutes of various meetings.
  • Maintain trackers of the periodic meetings across key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Follow up with various stakeholders and update the meeting trackers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all the activities of the CEO's office.

Requirements-

  • Any Graduate, Min 2 years of experience as PA.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Advanced Excel for MIS reports
  • Should be ready to stretch as per the need of the CEO's office
  • Good Verbal & Written communication.
  • Negotiation skills.
