SAP QM Job Description for Staff

Position:
SAP QM Consultant

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferably Engineering
Minimum one e2e Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects
3 to 6 Yrs. of Relevant experience
2 to 4 years of Domain Experience

QM in Production/Procurement/Sales
Quality Planning
Inspection Plan
Inspection lot
Sampling Procedure
Configuration setting of Inspection Types
Link of class characteristics with Inspection characteristics
Significance of Dynamic modification rule.
Quality Certificates
Quality Notifications
Test Equipment Management
Batch Management
QM in Audit
Periodic inspection for shelf life material.
Quality Info record.
Integration between MM/PP//SD/ WM
Experience in data migration like LSMW / BDC

Added Advantage:

SAP QM Certification
Basic Knowledge in ABAP
Interfaces with external systems
Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / WM / PP / SD /PM

Roles/Responsibilities:

Strong configuration hands on experience in Quality Management.
Responsible for executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Quality Management and ability to handle Production planning.
Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the

system accordingly

Ability to convey business requirements to the technical team
Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visios for the clients proposed business processes.
Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
Ability to configure SAP QM
PP-MM and deliver work products / packages conforming to

the Client's Standards & Requirements.

Should able to handle the client individually
