Years of Experience: 2-5 Years

ServiceNow Administrator

Responsibilities:


  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules for Incident, Problem, Change Management and CMDB
  • Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow environment
  • Recommend bestpractice solutions to established business processes
  • Assist in design and implementation and support of thirdparty integrations with ServiceNow
  • Document and record every aspect of ServiceNow changes and implementation
  • Plan, track, and schedule software upgrades and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot problems within the ServiceNow platform and resolve issues
  • Develop good working relationships with other employees across the organization

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
  • Experience in maintaining a CMDB, aligned with CSDM
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problemsolving and communication skills
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus
