About the team

What you will be doing

As a User Experience Designer, you will interact with fellow designers and various other functions on crossfunctional agile teams. (e.g., product managers, business analysts, QA and developers).
You will be responsible for all aspects of software interface design including audience and task analysis, scenario building, storyboarding, prototyping, and defining interface specifications, guidelines, and standards.
You will be translating requirements and research findings into effective design decisions.
You will also collaborate with design team on developing and maintaining common guidelines and standards.
Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hifidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Rapidly test and create iterative designs that meet project objectives and fits within the FIS Brand guidelines.

What you bring

36 years of experience in UI & UX Design with a proven track record of success
Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design a solution that meet the user needs and business goals.
Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional designs.
Selfstarter and ability to work without much supervision.
Understanding of the following:
Modern UI patterns and trends
Design principals with using internal design system.
UX Principals/Design Thinking Process
Intermediate experience using design software such as Adobe XD, Axure or similar tools.
Considering a longterm career with FIS.

Added bonus if you have

Experience with integrating UX disciplines within an agile development process.
Good eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
