Objectives of this Role

  • Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous highquality projects by collaborating with all internal and external teams
  • Lead the creation of a conceptual framework for projects, Incorporating company standards, goals, and brand ideals

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered
  • Conceptualize and design buildings, developing plans describing design specifications, and building materials.
  • Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner.
  • Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, or design from an accredited college/university of architecture.
  • 58 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Should have critical and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in architecture
