Location:
Chennai,Bangalore,Hyderabad and Pune

Our Client is a leading provider of IT services and solutions, specializing in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow platforms and focused on the telecommunications industry.

They are seeking a Scrum Master and lead agile projects focused on delivering exceptional ServiceNow solutions for our clients.


Role Overview:


Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


Coach and mentor agile teams in the adoption of Scrum practices, ensuring a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and processes.

Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the progress of the team, collaborating with stakeholders to find timely solutions.

Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog, working closely with Product Owners to define user stories and acceptance criteria.


Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress through the use of Scrum artifacts such as Sprint Backlogs, Burndown Charts, and Release Plans.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

Act as a servant leader, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and project teams to manage dependencies and optimize resource allocation.

Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in agile methodologies, contributing to the evolution of our agile practices.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in ServiceNow or similar IT projects.

In-depth understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities and configurations.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
