Description
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies and Send them to the suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Deal with nonsupplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Research potential vendors and Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Prepare Indent of (Oil, Insert, Instrument, Consumable Items).
- Arranging to take material from supplier.
Job Types:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
