Rolling out offers.

  • Maintaining master list of offers and crosschecking salary payouts randomly against offers every month.
  • Coordination with new joiners on day one of joining along with training vertical.
  • SPOC for employee grievances, queries.
  • Maintaining a master list of grievances / queries with TAT.
  • A bridge between HR and Ops for smooth coordination and give and take of info and any new initiatives.
  • Orientation of new joiners
- today independently and in future in coordination with L&D Head Managing vacancies master list

  • Managing licenses
  • Visiting stores along with me and Head Retail whenever he joins
  • Coordinating recruitments with recruiters and get into recruitments directly and thru consultants too.
  • Employee , claims. Others.
  • First round of interviews only for store staff, COM, entry level, etc.
  • Help ops vertical to manage / approve OT, store staff claims.
  • Manage certificates of weekly stars and other certifications.

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
