We are currently looking for a
Sales Enablement Administrator who will focus on the administration and execution of our sales enablement program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual passionate about the details in relation to enablement and helping to advance individuals in their careers.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Administer and oversee Acquia's new hire onboarding and existing sales training programs. Utilize adult learning principles and cuttingedge best practices to drive program effectiveness and adoption. Ensure trainees receive a world class training experience at Acquia.
  • Function behind the scenes of Acquia's training programs to ensure their smooth operation. Challenge and hold trainees accountable for meeting training goals. Ensure that sales employees leave training programs energized and ready to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage all facets of enablement content and help with logistics as needed to ensure a seamless, VIP level experience that justifies participation in sales enablement training.
  • Manage enablement administrative functions which may include defining users, maintaining registrations, tracking progress information and providing reports as required, and oversee the library of courses
  • Collaborate across the organization to create processes and workflows that provide the best learning experience for sellers, partners and all end users
  • Partner with key stakeholders within and beyond the Sales Department, including: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Human Resources. Drive alignment and support for cross functional goals and objectives with key stakeholders from each function

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORS

  • Dynamic, outgoing, warm and welcoming, with high emotional intelligence
  • Superior project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail and quality of audience experience
  • Proactive problem solver with proven ability to identify gaps and execute solutions
  • Ability to build rapport within Sales and other stakeholders throughout the business
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a motivated selfstarter with a highenergy level
  • Passion for developing creative training and enablement solutions; curiosity to think about learning differently, a passion for creating great experiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross functionally, to accomplish required goals
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and Salesforce a plus
  • Experience in successful delivery and ownership of sales training programs or related experience in SaaS sales a plus.
