Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure the dealership meets or exceeds sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Train and develop sales personnel to improve their performance and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns.
- Manage sales reporting and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
