Job Description -We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, chats and maintaining good customer relationships.


Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
  • Provide product information and pricing to clients.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the product or service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately enter and update client information in the sales database.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Work closely with the internal team for any support.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements -

  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven Atleast 01 year experience working as a telesales executive.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work on high pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to cope with rejections on calls.

NOTE -

  • Work from office only.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
