We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team.

As an IELTS Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their desired scores in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a stimulating multicultural environment, where you will interact with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting IELTS training sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on all four components of the test: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Developing comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs of students.
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
• Administering practice tests and mock exams to assess students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring and tracking students' performance, and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in IELTS testing and incorporating relevant strategies into teaching practices.
• Assisting students with exam registration procedures and providing support throughout the testing process.
• Collaborating with other educators and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Certified IELTS Examiner preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses to diverse groups of learners.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
• Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and techniques for language instruction.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, such as interactive whiteboards and online learning platforms, is an advantage.

Salary:
₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
