Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and maintaining new business relationships to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using this information to strategically target potential clients and partners.
Your primary objective will be to drive business expansion by generating leads, negotiating deals, and fostering long-term relationships.Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online sources.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to establish connections.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and pain points, and propose suitable solutions.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Sales and Negotiation:
Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring a win-win outcome.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
