Sales Executive
Position Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers in the Indore region.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date list of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products to clients.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches that emphasize the benefits of our offerings.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
Set and work towards achievable sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals.
Close sales deals and obtain signed agreements.
Business Development:
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and achieve revenue targets.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
