Description
Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Maintain business relationships, networks, and partnerships with others which are enforced by a common objective, collaboration, and dependability.
- Technical support
- Provide Technical Support, coordinate and assist Sales, Engineering, and Operations team for technical evaluation product/projects and provide recommendations and Proposals to customers. Conduct and supervise the product trial, conclude the product benefit within the defined parameters and establish the technocommercial proposal. Review critical parameters of product and services specifications for improvements based on market feedback.
- Project Management
- Manage projects related to the delivery of customer value propositions and product/service portfolios. Meet the prospective customers of new or existing customers in coordination with the sales team or Business development, inspect the site, determine the required equipment, and assist the sales team in justifying the investment (ROI, payback)
- Performance Management & Budgeting
- Analyze sales success trends through measurement and business analysis of the market, competition, and historic data. Connect customer information and knowledge management database to a CRM solution, allowing for easy access and analysis in coordination with IT teams.
- Asset management**:
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office automation products (MS XL, Word, powerpoint etc.)
