Description
We are looking for an Telecalling/Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our Real Estate client company.- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property
- Answer questions about property or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as tele calling/telesales executive or other customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
- Experience Years
- Salary 1 Lac To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
