We are looking for an Telecalling/Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our Real Estate client company.

  • You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property
  • Answer questions about property or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as tele calling/telesales executive or other customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
