    Role Description:

    We are looking for a dedicated Senior Back End / Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, focused on both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical prowess and the agility that comes from working in a startup environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of our software platform.
    2. Unit test all code before shipping and code review with teammates
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
    4. Handle customer bugs and requests
    5. Work on performance optimization and ensure high availability and scalability of our applications.
    6. Prioritize security in all backend developments and ensure best practices are followed.
    7. Regularly review, refactor, and update existing code to keep up with industry best practices.
    8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the highest level of performance and stability.
    9. Collaborate with team members across multiple time zones.

    Qualifications:

    1. 4-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
    2. Proficiency with React JS, , AWS, Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions.
    3. Prior experience in a startup environment is a strong advantage.
    4. Experience working with teammates across different time zones.
    5. Strong background in backend security is highly desirable.
    6. Knowledge of C++, Python, and other programming languages is a plus.
    7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    8. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
    9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Location:

    • This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
