Telesales Executive

  • Monthly Starting Salary In Hand: Rs. 21,100.
  • Salary Increment every 6 months for sales performers.
  • Progressive Monthly Salary Offer: In-

Hand Monthly Salary:
Rs. 21,100 for 1st 6 Months, Rs. 22,100 for 7th to 12th Month, Rs. 24,100 for 13th to 18th Month and Rs. 26,100 for 19th to 24th Month.

  • Additional 10% increment on 'Basic+DA' part of salary on every year's competition.
  • Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.
  • Local Travelling Allowances offered within the salary.
  • Promotion criteria based on three months' consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.
  • Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years
