Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
- Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Assist in making tea or coffee for staff and guests.
- Run errands as required, such as bank deposits or purchasing office supplies.
- Assist with mail distribution and courier services.
- Perform other adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
