Designation - Operations Support Executive
Work timing - 6 Pm - 3 Am IST
Working Days - 5 Days (Rotational)
Location -Bangalore Reporting to - Process Manager Working from
Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination:
- Ensure ontime login and report to the respective shift supervisors.
- Log in to Amazon Relay and thoroughly review current trips and live ELD (Electronic Logging Device) information.
- Monitor WhatsApp group for pretrip pictures and diligently update the corresponding Excel sheet.
- Regularly communicate the status of pretrip pictures to supervisors for timely updates.
Hours of Service Monitoring:
- Maintain a vigilant eye on drivers' Hours of Service and trip progress.
- Promptly identify any violations or delays and report them to Supervisor without delay.
- Use the hoursofservice overview as a guide to ensure drivers have correctly marked themselves as on duty.
- Handle bobtailing instances, ensuring appropriate communication with drivers and the Resource Operations Center (ROC) to avoid violations.
Trip Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately record today's trips on the Excel report, including comprehensive comments on all triprelated events.
- Monitor WhatsApp group for posttrip pictures and promptly inform Supervisor of their availability.
- Compile an End of Day (EOD) report containing all trip details, hours of service, and violation information.
Pre-Trip Inspections and Tractor Maintenance:
- Maintain a daily log of drivers who fail to complete pretrip inspections and communicate with them to ensure compliance.
- Regularly monitor the cleanliness of tractors and document any new damage observed.
- Assess and determine if a driver can safely operate the vehicle back to the yard in case of tractor breakdowns.
- Coordinate towing services if the driver deems the vehicle unsafe to drive.
Communication and Team Collaboration:
- Engage in scrum calls with the dispatcher and shift supervisors at the end of each shift to discuss important matters.
- Effectively communicate with drivers and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Relay and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle timesensitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of HoursofService regulations and dispatch best practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Great Englishspeaking skills
- Can understand and communicate with US Citizens
- Should be ready to work in the EST Time zone
- Willing to extend the shift as per requirement
- Good Negotiation skills
- Good Convincing skills
- Great English spoken
- Strong communicator both on the phone and in writing, American Accent is a plus.
Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
