Sales- Eu Sub-territory - Mumbai, India - OmniActive Health Technologies
Description
Responsible for driving the territory sales strategy for Tier I-III accounts & meeting the desired sales revenue for the territoryAlso responsible for generating business from new accounts in the territory and delivering key projects that will support growth in these markets
Drive customer projects to closure for the whole region
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic
Implement the territory sales plan in line with the overall regional sales plan and strategy created by the Sales Head
Consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
Operational
Participate in preparation of detailed sales plans for the territory
Own performance against territory wise sales targets and review sales revenue projections from time to time
Drive key customer projects with technical support to completion
- on time and in full
Ensure seamless support to customer with customer service and marketing teams for samples, prototypes, market targeted contents etc
Ensure overall region's adherence to CRM systems for pipeline governance
Sales management
Deepen relationships with existing accounts to ensure market penetration in the territory
Work towards penetrating and growing new accounts in the territory
Act on all generated leads through calls, references and various marketing & promotional measures
Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
Coordinate with other functions on critical customer queries
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the sales in the respective regions
Manage the sales budget in the territory to get maximum value
Maximize the usage of CRM as intended by the organization
Provide timely and accurate sales forecast to ensure proper stock planning
Monitor and follow up with customers to ensure AR is maintained as per the organization guidelines
Maintain constant connect with distribution partners to ensure they get the required support to growth the business in their respective markets
Continuously update product, scientific and regulatory knowledge through self learning.
Project Management:
Drive all key customer related projects to completion for the whole region working with technical sales and other internal stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of samples and prototypes working with marketing and customer support
Implement the territory sales plan in line with the overall regional sales plan and strategy created by the Sales Head
Consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
