ROLE:
Book keeping And Accounting:
- Fair experience in financial modelling, planning, business analysis and/or accounting activities.
- Run the accounting function and are responsible for the company's books and records
- Handson experience with GL, AP, AR, Payroll, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare management reports on a timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring accuracy in reporting. To include financial statements with variances vs. budgets. Discussion and analysis from underlying information.
- Treasury and Debt
- Be the SPOC for all Treasury related activities of the Company.
- Maintaining and Forecasting fundflow requirements of the Company and ensuring reasonable liquidity position at all times for the Company.
- Managing Treasury Midoffice / Backoffice Operations, initiating / tracking Funds transfers, Lender / Partner Document Executions, Timely preparation and sharing of MIS, Corporate Deck for Management, existing and potential Lenders, Asset Allocation, tracking Covenants and other compliances for each lender.
- Engaging with Lenders on a daytoday basis, and timely resolution of their queries / concerns.
- Negotiating funding Structures, other charges with lenders, and minimize allin cost to the Company.
- Efficient Utilization of Company Funds to minimize interest drag/ cost to the Company.
- Book-Keeping, Tracking of all Treasury related Documents, and responsible for all Treasury related Audits / queries from various stakeholders.
- Creating and implementing process controls in the department to minimize risk and potential loss to the Company.
- Preparation of quarterly Company performance snapshots for sharing with Lenders / Investors.
- Compliance and Audit-Related Activities
- Coordinate to Ensure the timely Submission of the RBI Returns on a monthly Quarterly and Half-Yearly Basis
- Ensure the data regarding Stat Audit and Internal Audit is provided to relevant departments.

Requirements:
- CA or MBA Finance from a reputed institute
- 2+ Years experience in Finance
- Experience in Finance Control, GL, AP, AR, Payroll, and financial statement preparation
- Prior experience in Treasury is desired but not mandatory
- Working experience of dealing with Term Loans, NCDs, Securitizations, Colending structures preferred
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills to represent the Company and interact with Lenders, Investors and other stake holders.
- Quick Learner with a sharp Business Acumen, Problem solving skills.
