1. Sheet metal Process & Product Quality improvements- Defect analysis in sheet Metal Parts & support to Vendors for countermeasure actions 3. Quality systems Implementation & adherence strengthening
- Discussion & review meetings with vendor Top management for progress monitoring
- Handling of Quality Management System e.g. ISO, IATF
- PFMEA knowledge of Sheet metal Parts & Process
- Should be profecient in Stamping and Welding Processes (Spot,MIG,Projection,Brazing)
- Experience in Press Tool and Welding fixture Designing and development process.
- Should be capable of Handling Preventive Maintenance of Press Tool and Welding Fixtures.
- Knowledge of QMS system eg. ISO, IATF
- Should have experience in theme based project like Zero Defect, Value Stream Mapping, DOE etc
- Proficient in computer work - excel, PowerPoint etc.
