As a Customer Service Representative in the Blended Process at One Point One Solution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through both phone interactions and digital channels.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for delivering high-quality services. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's digital platforms and resolving technical issues.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of onpaper experience in a customer service role.
  • Graduation or postgraduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week with one rotational off.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
