    Genesys Pure Engage Production Support L2 L3
    Hands on experience on Genesys Framework 8 x GVP Inbound Outbound SIP eServices eMail Chat URS ORS Routing GMS – Callback Reporting Infomart and WebPulse Work Force Management WFM Spotlight etc
    Experienced in handling MS SQL Oracle database from Genesys standpoint
    Experienced on managing Genesys platform on Win Servers and Linux 8 9
    Expertise in ITIL process – Incident Management Problem Investigation RCA Change Management – Implementing Production Changes Service Fulfillment etc
    System Life Cycle Management Platform Upgrades System Migrations and Third Party Integrations Vulnerability Checks etc Coordination with developers venders other support functions and business stakeholders etc
    Oncall Support 24x7 on rotational basis
    Good Communication
    Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
    Ready to work from office
