Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining HR, Admin, IT, and Payroll data.
Proficiently working with Advance Excel to organize and manage data effectively.
Utilizing Power BI basic to generate informative and visually appealing reports.
Assisting in generating reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and management.
Supporting the HR team with datadriven insights for decisionmaking processes.
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling HR, Admin, IT, and Payroll data.
Strong expertise in Advance Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Basic knowledge of Power BI for creating insightful reports.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
