Sales Banquet Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their banquet needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.

Sales Presentations:


  • Create persuasive and comprehensive sales presentations showcasing our banquet services.
  • Clearly communicate the unique selling points and advantages of hosting events.

Event Customization:


  • Collaborate with clients to tailor banquet packages to their specific requirements.
  • Offer creative and innovative solutions to enhance the overall banquet experience.

Quoting and Contract Negotiation:


  • Prepare detailed banquet proposals, including cost estimates and service details.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts, ensuring profitability.

Collaboration with Banquet Operations Team:


  • Work closely with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide clear and detailed information to the operations team based on client expectations.

Sales Targets:


  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Key skills & Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in banquet sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of banquet and event trends and industry best practices.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.20 per month

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (required)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
