Sales Banquet Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their banquet needs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.

Sales Presentations:

Create persuasive and comprehensive sales presentations showcasing our banquet services.
Clearly communicate the unique selling points and advantages of hosting events.

Event Customization:

Collaborate with clients to tailor banquet packages to their specific requirements.
Offer creative and innovative solutions to enhance the overall banquet experience.

Quoting and Contract Negotiation:

Prepare detailed banquet proposals, including cost estimates and service details.
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts, ensuring profitability.

Collaboration with Banquet Operations Team:

Work closely with the banquet operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide clear and detailed information to the operations team based on client expectations.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Key skills & Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in banquet sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of banquet and event trends and industry best practices.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.20 per month
