Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide timely and effective support to Moodle and WordPress users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on platform usage.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for userrelated concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Upload and manage content on both Moodle and WordPress platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content creators to streamline the content upload process and maintain a consistent user experience.
  • Enroll users in Moodle courses, programs, and learning paths, ensuring accurate and timely access to educational materials.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Moodle and WordPress, including but not limited to theme customization, plugin conflicts, and user access problems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for more complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system checks to ensure the stability and security of Moodle and WordPress installations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance the user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common support issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to address user needs and improve platform functionality.
  • Provide feedback on common user issues to inform future platform enhancements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for Moodle and WordPress platforms
