    Job Description :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect & Technical Lead to join our innovative team.

    The successful candidate will not only be responsible for designing robust Java-based applications but will also play a crucial role in providing hands-on development expertise and technical leadership to our team of developers.

    This position requires a deep understanding of Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

    The Java Architect & Technical Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed industry standards.

    Responsibilities :

    - Design and architect complex Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

    Provide hands-on development expertise, contributing to the coding, testing, and debugging of Java applications as needed.

    - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

    - Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Assist in project planning and estimation activities, providing technical input and helping to define project scope and timelines.

    - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.

    - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet project deadlines.

    - Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Java development.

    - Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, providing expertise and guidance on Java-related issues.

    - Continuously assess and improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    Requirements :

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    - Proven experience (10 years) as a Java Developer or Java Architect, with a strong hands-on development background.

    - Expertise in Java EE, Spring framework, and other relevant Java technologies.

    - Solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.

    Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

    - Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

    - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

    - Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable.
