Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to support various operational tasks within our consultancy firm. This internship provides hands-on experience and an opportunity to contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daytoday operational tasks for smooth workflow.
- Support clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate client information and bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve issues.
- Prepare and organize travel documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for travel and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Pay:
₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
