Responsibilities:
- Handling secondary sales through Retailers.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory and visit the retailers on a recurring basis as per the Beat Plan.
- Generating Enquiries from the Market and converting into sales.
- Explaining Secondary sales scheme to Retailers
- Showing products to retailers & educating them about features and Benefits.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs i.e. Super Sales.
- Maintain records of all Sales leads and customer accounts in DMS.
- Handling retailers' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Fill Questionnaires in Supesales for each retailer and Take feedback from retailers and share it with support teams.
- Planning for Secondary sales target achievement (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily).
- Monitor the industry competitors, new product and market conditions. Participating in sales team meetings.
- Preparing monthly report to tracker the progress
- Must possess 2 wheeler.
- Must be willing to travel extensively. _Must be Well Groomed and Presentable._
