As a Site Supervisor at DHVANI SHAH DESIGN STUDIO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our projects from conception to completion.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at project sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Site Supervision: Manage on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.

Quality Control: Ensure that workmanship meets company standards and client expectations by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, contractors, and vendors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Pay:
